The hotel was clean, cozy, and had a friendly atmosphere. Was good, while 15 minutes uphill from the village center, offered fine views and surrounded us with good restaurants and terraces were nice. The staff were pretty good too assist with our balloon ride and private tours.

The breakfast has an abundance of delicious options.
The check-in process was unbearably slow, leaving me standing there tired from my travels. I also found the location inconvenient. The walk up from the village center seemed like a daunting hill climb each time. The occasional noise from other guests disrupted my sleep, forcing me to confront a much less restful experience than I anticipated.

The staff was super helpful, especially with arranging outings to the fine fairy chimneys and local pottery workshops. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight! Pro tip, enjoy the fresh local sweets from the hotel chef.
One downside was the lack of a rooftop bar, mentioned in the hotel description. We were told we could bring our own drinks, but it wasn't what we expected.

The hospitality shown by the staff, with personalized assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was really good, with fresh fruit salads and delicious omelets made to order, served on a terrace with fine views. On the downside, the lack of a pool and occasional noise from other guests detracted from the overall comfort . The cleanliness could also use some improvement, as a few areas felt a bit neglected.
